Full Description
Cottage built in the 19th century on the north side of Dee in the extreme southeast corner of the Mar Lodge Estate. Timber framed and timber clad. The building has a simple rectangular design with a central door and flanking windows, and contains a range of original details. A desk-based assessment and photographic survey were conducted by S. Bain in 2001.
