Full Description

Depopulated settlement. Located near old track is a collection of stone foundations of longhouses, some overlying earlier foundations. One longhouse has a possible kiln structure tacked onto the lower end. There is a longhouse with an associated enclosure to the S, fronted by a stone-faced platform. There is also a stone enclosure with terrace effect and garden plots upslope. A single stone clearance heap lies above the enclosure. There is also a head dyke and lime kiln. At the stream side is the base for a former bridge.
