Full Description
Remains of a depopulated settlement. There is also a neo-modern porched house with adjacent steading and kennels, as well as older structures. Settlement comprises the remains of longhouses, enclosures and a corn kiln plus stone clearance heaps. At the corner, beside the lowermost enclosure, there is a complex of turf longhouses with rounded corners. Set into a bluff is a well-preserved large lime kiln with a 4-lintelled stepped entrance and walls.
