Full Description
Minor depopulated settlement comprising the remains of longhouses and enclosures. Depopulated circa 1840. OS site visit recorded four buildings, two enclosures and a corn drying kiln. Two unroofed buildings are shown on the OS 1st edition map. Several items were recovered by a metal detectorist within the area of the settlement, and reported in 2024 - see NO08NE0075, NO08NE0080, NO08NE0083.
