Full Description
Tenement, no longer in use, built in 1900 on the site of earlier buildings. It is unclear if the original purpose of the buildings was residential, or if they were part of the Kirkburn Mill complex (NK14NW0044). It is a three-storey, L-plan building, faced with coursed pink granite masonry. There is a plaque dated 1900 on the north-east corner elevation. A Level 1 Standing Building Survey was carried out in March 2017 by Headland Archaeology prior to proposed demolition. A few minor alterations and additions were noted.
