Full Description

World War II pill-box, still in good condition though it has slipped down the dunes and is partly filled with sand. It is a type 24, with six sides,1 door and 5 loop-holes. There is no inner ricochet wall, but there is a concrete table under the loop-holes for a machine gun. Photographed during site visit in 2022 as part of the SCAPE Coastal Zone Assessment Survey.
