Full Description
Remains of a farmstead and enclosure. The OS 1st edition map shows a G-shaped steading with an attached horsemill to the west. A rectangular building and enclosure lie to the south, on the other side of a track running through the farmstead. The horsemill and west wing of the steading had been removed by the time of the 2nd ediiton 1888 map, and the east wing is shown as roofelss. The original enclosure has been reduced in size. Nothing is depicted on currernt OS maps. Recent aerial photographs show the site as a largely tree-covered area wthin arable fields.
