Full Description
House, in use, said to incorporate 17th or early 18th Century masonry, but appears 19th Century in present form. It is a single-storey harled L-plan house with splay tripartite doorpiece in angle. The roof of the house was originally thatched. The house was at one time the residence of Rev. John Skinner (1721-1807), author of the Ecclesiastical History of Scotland. Now used as a farmhouse.
