Full Description
Fisherman's houses/village dating to the 18th-19th Centuries, consisting of a group of 1-storey and attic cottages perched on the hillside above an unimproved haven. During the mid 19th century 24 boats fished from here despite there being no harbour. Fish were laid out to dry on boards drawn up on the shingle beach below the rows of cottages.
