Full Description

Remains of a farmstead, depicted on the OS 1st edition map as two L-shaped buildings, orientated east-west, almost end to end. Two enclosures are attached to the southern side of the most westerly one. A single small building lies south of the others. By the 2nd edition the western one is disused although the eastern L-shaped building is still roofed. Human remains were found in 1867 when the foundation of a new barn was being dug but there is no further information.
