Full Description

Bridge, built in the 17th Century by the Bishop of Brechin, dated 1767. The arch was rebuilt in the 18th century (1763) by the Earl of Errol when it was widened by corbel-stones over the original abutments. It has single segmental arch, rubble-built, with dressed voussoirs having margin. The Arms of the Earl of Erroll and Bishop James Drummond are carved on tablets built into the south side of the bridge. The bridge is in good condition, and still in use.
