Full Description
Church built in 1876, designed by Edinburgh architects MacGibbon and Ross. It stands on an island site as the focal point of a planned 19th century development of the town. Built of coursed, roughly tooled and squared granite stone with ashlar buttresses and surrounds. It has a square tower with octangonal spire at the east end, and vestry and session house at the west.
