Full Description
Buildings, depicted on historic OS maps, and since altered. No 5, of mid 18th century date, is three-storey with attic, the exact location of No. 7 is not known and may have been part of the building now demolished. Nos. 9-13, possibly of mid 19th century date, is two-storey to the front and three-storey to the rear with a stair outshot. Photographic recording was carried out in 2020 prior to proposed alterations. A watching brief was carried out by Cameron Archaeology during works to lower the interior floor levels by 0.3-0.4 m in July 2020 and the excavation of a trench at the exterior of the property in September 2020. No archaeological features or artefacts were recorded.
