Industrial building and possible former stables, built in the late 19th century with later additions and alterations. A Level 2 Standing Building Survey was carried out in 2017 prior to proposed demolition. It was recorded as being constructed of granite rubble, with the north wall having been rebuilt using concrete blocks and internal buttresses in the 20th century. The west wall of the building has a double gable, the southern one being stone and the north brick. It has been re-roofed in metal and asbestos cement roofing. The interior of the south wall has four fireplaces recorded in the upper level of the wall, suggesting an internal first floor has been removed, which would have smaller rooms with fireplaces. A small harled shed has also been added to the north wall, with a garage door in the west elevation and a door in the north elevation. Adjacent to the west is a single-storey possible former stable building, constructed of granite blocks with cherry cocking. It has three cart doors and smaller windows on the north elevation, facing into the courtyard. The building has been divided into three units and modernized internally. The cart doors have been reduced in side.
