Full Description
Remains of a cairn. In 1860 the already robbed feature revealed a row of boulders round its circumference. Three cists were found containing burnt bone and charred wood. One cist was similar to that in White Cow Wood (OS NJ95SW005). Only a few small stones now mark the site as the remains have been much mutilated and ploughed out by forestry.
