Full Description
Remains of a burial cist, uncovered during garden works in 2016. Excavation by AOC found cremated human bone and iron, including a possible knife. The cist was constructed of sub-rounded stones supported by four large angular stones at the base. Excavation showed that the cist had already been disturbed, probably during the construction of the present house.
