Full Description

L-plan rubble built Grain Mill constructed in the 18th-19th centuries. It has an 8-spoke, single ring start and awe wheel. The original pinned boulder rubble building not much above ground level at SE, raised first at kiln with gable, secondly with jerkin head roof and red granite dressings. Single-frame start and awe wheel 10ft 4in. in diameter at north-west gable in dilapidated condition. The kiln vent has been removed. See NJ93SW0134 for Nether Mill farmstead.
