Full Description
Remains of an Ice-house. It is a circular domed structure of brick construction, measuring 4.32m in internal diameter and 3m in height. It is largely buried in a dune and the dome has partly collapsed. Access to the ice-chamber was provided by a short vaulted passageway on the north side, now buried, and by a rectangular hatch in the southwest side of the dome. The interior sand-filled with bushes growing within it.
