Full Description
Corn mill dating from the early 19th century, depicted on historic OS maps. The 1st edition shows a group of four rectangular buildings and one L-plan mill building, fed by a lade from a large rectangular pond to the northwest . The mill building had been enlarged by the time of the 2nd edition map. It is on a T-plan, with a projecting kiln vent with a pig vane, and a 6-spoke wood and iron overshot wheel 0.76m wide and 4.16m in diameter with a timber lade.
