Full Description
Octagonal concrete platform, dating from World War II, recorded by Cameron Archaeology in 2014 . It is 4 m in diameter. A channel around the periphery may represent where the original wall has been removed. There is a circular concrete pipe, 1.02 m in diameter, in the centre
of the building with a central pipe, probably a housing for cables. On a plan of January 1945 it is labelled as 'New Site'. It is probably the foundation of a direction finding tower. See also NJ91SW0155.
