Full Description

Farmstead, still in use, depicted on the 1st edition OS map. It shows a U-plan steading open to the south, to the south of which lies a rectangular building - probably the farmhouse - within an enclosure. The OS 2nd edition map may shows some enlargement of the east wing of the steading and the addition of a three new buildings, two to the east and the other to the south. Current maps show that the northernmost of these three buildings has since been removed and new buildings added in the former steading court.
