Full Description
Site of a Boat House on the Aberdeenshire Canal (NJ81SE0535). This house, beyond which no passengers were carried, and a bridge were located where Fullerton Road reached the canal. A Lock House is annotated on the 1828 John Wood Map which shows two buildings at this location. A building is also shown at this location on the OS 1st and 2nd edition maps.
