Full Description
Villa, still in residential use, built in the late 19th century. It is a single-storey and attic, three-bay villa of tooled coursed Aberdeen bond grey granite that is finely finished to the margins. There is a base course, eaves course and predominantly two-pane timber sash and case windows. The grey slate roof has lead ridges, coped stone skews with moulded skewputts, coped gablehead and ridge stacks with octagonal cans and cast-iron rainwater goods. There are low coped granite boundary walls to Hamilton Place and Westfield Road.
