Full Description
Church and halls. The church was designed by A Marshall Mackenzie and built in 1883. In Early English style, comprising a nave and chancel with a bellcote at the junction. Three tall windows in the West gable were modelled on the 13th Century chapel at Kildrummy Castle, though their stained glass is modern by William Wilson in 1969. The bell is a recast of that from St Nicholas church which was destroyed by a fire in 1874. The church hall which stands to the West is depicted on the OS 2nd edition map as a rectangular building, but has since been extended to the West.
