Full Description

Well. A natural spring associated with St Drostan, described in 1724 as being named after a local bishop. It is now encased within a modern well-head. Inscribed on the well are the words 'St Drostan's well, 1884 erected by J. Findlater LLD, a native of Aberdour'. Recently renovated.
