Small Laird's House, still in residential use, built in circa 1760-70, possibly on the site of a medieval to late medieval Manor House. On the 1st edition OS map of 1867 there is a large garden immediately to the north where there is now a small field and a U-plan steading to the west with a T-plan north range. On the 2nd edition OS map there are additions to the north range of the steading, with a section added to the west of the projecting section and a horsemill added to the east. Current OS maps show the steading has been incorporated within a larger steading building. The present B-listed house is a long two-storey main building with three windows that are widely spaced. There is a simple architrave to door and there are skewputts and moulded chimney copes. On either side of the main block there are single storey advance wings of dressed granite with piend roofs and big centre chimneys. All the original openings are chamfered although the windows were enlarged in circa 1948. There are also 'loupin-on-steps'.
