Full Description
Poorhouse, depicted on the OS 1st and 2nd edition maps erected in 1860 as evidenced by a datestone in the surviving part of the building. It comprised a row of 7 cottages, those at each end being slightly larger than the central ones, and was divided into 24 apartments with a resident attendant. Only one section of the building remains, converted and used as a barn.
