Full Description
Urn monument, dated 1847 by J. and W. Smith. It is a massive granite urn on a tall square plinth inscribed: 'GEORGIUS MES ABREDON ENSIS. MDCCCXLVII. HAVD IMMEMOR'. The urn terminates the avenue and closes the long vista from Haddo House (NJ83SE0042). The site is set within the Haddo House designed landscape (NJ83SE0076).
