Full Description
Two huge earthfast granite boulders around which in former days a small hamlet or clachan stood. OS site visit 1961 recorded that the western most boulder measures 4.3m square and is 2.3m high, the other measures 6.2m by 3.3m and is 1.0m high. No markings were seen on either of the boulders, and there is now no trace of the small hamlet which is supposed to have stood around the boulders. It is probable that the name 'Cloch More' applies to the larger stone.
