Full Description
Farmstead, still in use, depicted on OS 1st and 2nd edition maps. The 1st edition shows a U-plan steading, open to the south, with a house within a garden enclosure to the west, and to the north a small rectangular building. By the time of the 2nd edition various additions have been made to the steading, and new buildings (including a long range) added northwest of the house. Current maps indicate that part of this long range and some of the structures added to the steading are now disused and derelict. Photographic survey of the steading was carried out in 2013 prior to conversion.
