Full Description
Remains of a mill, built in the early 19th century. It was originally a threshing mill that is said to have been one of the earliest in the district, and later a sawmill. It is shown on the 1st edition OS map as having a mill lade to the south-east and a pond to the south-west. On the 2nd edition OS maps it is depicted as Old Saw Mill. The building is rubble-built and pantiled with a 9 feet start and awe wheel.
