Full Description

Farmstead, still in use, depicted on historic OS maps. The 1st edition shows a quadrangular steading with attached horsemill at the northwest. n the opposite side of the road is a rectangular building (house) with garden enclosure. By the time of the 2nd edition map the steading had been altered to a U-plan with court open to the southeast although the horsemill is no longer shown. A new T-plan house had been added to the southwest and two other buildings (since removed) to the northeast. There have since been further alterations and additions.
