Full Description

House and garden depicted on historic OS maps. The 1st and 2nd edition maps show the T-plan house with an L-plan estate offices to the northwest with an attached horsemill, and a sundial to the east of the house. It is set in grounds which include a pond to the northeast of the house. The original part of the house is two-storey with skewputts and dated 'I.M. 1771'. The addition, set at right angles, dates from circa 1790, and there is a low kitchen wing which is probably later. The chimneys are coped. The offices are probably of late 18th century date, rubble built, single storey with a loft. The sundial is dated '1741 LUD GRANT of Lettoch', and comprises a circular granite baluster with engraved slate table dial. The estate offices (now named Coach House), probably built in the late 18th century, are rubble-built and single storey with a loft.

Period Notes
House, offices and sundial Listed 16/04/1971. Probably built in the late 18th century.
