Full Description
The mound has a small round depression on top, 3 m in diameter by 0.3 m deep. A cist containing ashes was found in the 19th Century. The present condition of this feature suggests a round cairn rather than a long cairn. The adjacent stone, from which the cairn derived its name, was removed in 1867.
