Full Description
Remains of a burial cairn noted in the OS Name Book (1867) on Hill of Whitecross. OS site visit recorded that all that survives is an amorphous pile of stones with an earthfast block on the northeast edge and whilst a good site for a cairn there were insufficient remains to confirm. It would appear that by early 2023 the remaining stones have all been removed to a stone pile further downslope.
