Full Description
Farmstead, still in use, depicted on the OS 1st and 2nd edition maps. The 1st edition shows a group of four buildings and an enclosure, with another small building, pond and sluice some distance to the west. Significant alterations had taken place by the time of the 2nd edition. The building in the north is shown as partly roofless. The two smaller buildings in the group appear to have been modified or removed, and an L-shaped building with attached horsemill now stands in this part of the site. The building next to the sluice has also been removed. Current maps indicate that the north building has now been removed completely. The other two remain in use and there have been further extensions to the L-plan range.
