Full Description

House, still in use, dated 1892. It is a two-storey, three-bay house, constructed from tooled pink granite, with an ashlar frontage with darker red granite dressings and harled return gables. The principal elevation has a centre entrance with a panelled door, reeded jambs and coloured quarried sidelights. Canted bay windows rise full height in the outer bays, and there is a centre bipartite in the first floor. Plate glass sash and case glazing is used in the windows, and there are bull-faced dark red granite quoins. The original cast-iron rainwater goods remain, with the rhones shaped and treated to simulate a wallhead cornice. The slate roof has corniced end stacks and a pottery ridge.
