Full Description

Townhouse / Old Boyne Dowerhouse. Harled with painted margins. Nos 3 and 4 Church Street which were once one, were originally built in the 17th century or early 18th century by the Ogilvies of Boyne as a dowerhouse. It later passed to the Bairds of Auchmedden before reverting to the Ogilvies. The building was modified in the 19th century. No. 3 Church Street is Category C Listed. It is a 2-storey and attic house with an irregular 3-bay frontage, and off-centre entrance with chamfered margins. This property has an 18th century core.
