Full Description

Distillery comprising an irregular group of buildings, mostly rubble with a circular section brick chimney. Built in 1863, it burned down some years later, and was rebuilt. It closed in 1983. During World War II the distillery was bombed by a lone German plane on the 16th August 1941. One warehouse containing whisky was destroyed.
