Full Description

Remains of a cleared slipway for beaching boats, cut through the rock foreshore, with loose rock piled on the west side. Recorded during the 2022 SCAPE Coastal Zone Assessment Survey. It was in use prior to the construction of the old harbour in 1815, and called The Hythe.
