Full Description
Remains of a possible structure and a cairn were recorded during walkover survey in 2022 by Mott Macdonald in advance of 33kV refurbishment works (NJ64NW0147). The structure measures circa 8.5 m by less than 4 m, the northeast and southeast sides clear as lines of heavily overgrown stones. The northwest end is compromised by a clearance cairn circa 3 m in diameter and less than 0.6 m high. The watercourse appears to have removed some elements of the site.
