Remains of an extensive mid-18th Century house comprising a 2-storey L-plan east wing with skew putts and a piended roof. It contains a kitchen and a well preserved, late-18th Century chimney piece. The 18th Century house was rebuilt in circa 1930, however the main part of the house is believed to have been demolished in 1939.

To the north of the house is a pyramidal-roofed outbuilding with a fine James Gordon lintel with a crest. An old photograph shows a long, 2-storey, 18th Century vernacular house, with an elliptically arched and pedimented early-19th Century porch, rising through two storeys. There were two windows, very widely spaced, at either side. The surviving east wing originally had swept heads to its windows, and there another pyramidal-roofed outbuilding on the west.

East of the house is a walled garden with a barn in the east side and low ball-capped gate piers.

This is possibly the site of a manor: the estate of Badenscoth was purchased in 1603 by George Gordon who passed it on to his son, Patrick, in 1634. Patrick Gordon erected a house here in circa 1644, though there may have been an earlier house in the area.
