Full Description

Cross incised stone, comprising a large granite boulder, originally moss-covered, with a cross incised on one side in the centre, within Bennachie Forest. Curved weather-worn incisions, each 35 cm long, 2 cm deep. The boulder also bears three groups of ogham inscriptions on its northeast vertical face, its sloping northwest face, and its south face. Found during timber felling.
