Cottage, still in use, depicted on the 1st and 2nd edition OS maps. Described in the sale particulars of Tonley Estate in 1947 as follows: 'The house is a detached double-fronted granite cottage comprising the following accommodation: 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and scullery'.
