Full Description

Suspension footbridge, built in the mid to late 19th century, with a span of 141 feet. There are two single wire cables slug over pairs of cast-iron Tuscan columns, similar to those on the 'Shakkin Briggie' (NJ 8977 0261). The decking is constructed from diagonally-laid wooden slates.
