Full Description
House and garden depicted on historic OS maps. The 1st edition shows the U-plan house with L-plan range to the west along the toad frontage and gardens to east and south. There had been a small addition to the house by the time of the 2nd edition map. The house is two and a half storey, built by a former Provost and merchant in 1861. White harled with sandstone margins and dark blue slate roof. The principal elevation is to the southeast.
