Full Description
Mid 18th Century single storey and attic cottage with crow-stepped gable to the street frontage. It is harled, with a narrow, slightly off-centre doorway with small attic window above. There are two windows in the east gable and diminutive attic light. It has a panelled front door, 12-pane glazing in timber sash windows, and 4- and 6-pane to attic lights. Ownership of property given to Banff and Buchan District Council in 1973, and it was then sold on to NESPT. The property was restored in 1990, the first of NESPT's projects, and being sold on the open market.
