Full Description
An enclosure bank, presumably from Mortlach, enters the wood running in a curving south-westerly direction for approximately 160 m. Recorded by Forestry Commission field survey ahead of forest operations. This bank is not shown on the 1779 estate plan of Mortlach and, presumably, relates to an earlier rather than later episode.
