Full Description
Remains of a stone circle, of which only one stone is partially erect but has suffered a recent fracture. Close to it are several other lumpy masses of whinstone, one or two of which could be fallen monoliths of this circle. Two cup-marks were recorded on a large embedded boulder beside the stone on October 2005 by members of the Strathbogie Archaeology Group, along with a possible pecked line above them. One cup is circa 7 cm in diameter and the other circa 5 cm with a distance of circa 10 cm between them.
