Full Description

Circular dovecot, with outer circumference of 15.5m. Split boulder rubble construction with pinnings. It has 2 rat courses, the entrance in S side has small window over it, and a larger window is situated above. Also features a conical slated roof, ruinous at apex. There are no traces of nesting boxes, suggesting they were wooden. The appearance and description suggest it is 16th Century in date, but SDD lists suggest date as probably 18th or early 19th Century.
